• Feeling unfocused, overwhelmed and avoiding challenging yourself with important goals?
  • Having challenges in managing your team and not sure what is going wrong?
  • Struggling to hit your personal objectives or career goals?
  • Too much in the day-to day business and it seems like your vision is faded or too far away
  • Stuck, like you can`t move forward?
  • Have had 360 feedback and you don`t know how to deal with the feedbacks?
  • You are not sure how you can move your business to a next level?

If you are experiencing any of these situations, and you want to break this cycle, leadership coaching is the shortest and most result oriented development tool you can use. It helps you build self-awareness, leverage your strengths and optimize your leadership performance.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) states that coaching is about “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Leaders often benefit from a thought partner for support and guidance when dealing with complex challenges and opportunities. We all live in our own heads and at times we need help in creating a new perspective. It’s not easy to evaluate ourselves, which is why there is so much value in having a thought partner available to provide and facilitate feedback. One purpose of executive coaching is to bring focus and clarity to a challenge or opportunity and to unmask what really needs to be solved or addressed. Another purpose might be to take the time to reflect on your identity and values and develop a vision of self as a leader. Coach and coachee can then work together to develop a plan of action with a focus on the change and results needed to translate that leadership vision into reality.

Coaching pushes leaders to grow professionally and personally, break down the barriers of their corporate comfort zones, and develop the skills required to take them to the next level of leadership.

Coaching Can Provide:

  • Strength development
  • Enhanced strategic thinking
  • Leadership style development
  • Professional presence
  • Self-discovery
  • Professional collaboration

A coaching partnership helps leaders peel back their personal layers of limitation, identify the underlying reasons and engrained habits that are responsible for their current performance and helps to reformulate behaviors that once stood in the way of their success.

I  work with and use proven coaching tools and techniques to guide and challenge my clients to unlock their full potential, through this confidential one-on-one relationship.

I work with professionals in different sectors and at all levels of their careers one on one with individuals seeking to take steps forward in their personal or professional journeys by providing an outside perspective and challenging existing assumptions.

It is a safe, non judgemental environment where my clients are open to self exploration, honest communication and are committed to putting in the hard work required for true and lasting transformation.

Coaching sessions are available in person, over the phone, or on Skype.

Who needs a coach?

We all do .. Even the CEO of Google!

Getting Started and Initial Session : Each new coaching relationship begins with an in-depth in take session to clarify the client's short and long term goals, and to gain a better understanding of their specific needs, values and challenges. It`s the ideal time to define the objective of the coaching work.

Frequency & Contract Length : Most coaching calls are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, for 60 minutes each. During these calls, I monitor the client's progress towards his/her goal, review results and achievements from one call to the next, and align myself with the new focus and orientation the client brings to each call.

The length of a coaching contract varies, but most commonly clients stay engaged between 3-12 months.

Support for Past Clients : I offer past clients individual, just-in-time coaching calls to provide ongoing support when needed.
